Martin Bojorquez Jr (Founder / Maintenance & Garden Lead)
I’ve spent my entire career of 15+ years in landscaping, working throughout Northern Arizona and learning the trade through years of hands‑on experience. Over time, I’ve worked with several different companies, each one shaping the way I approach maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and the overall care of outdoor spaces.
What I’ve always connected with most is the day‑to‑day side of landscaping — keeping properties clean, consistent, and well‑maintained. I take pride in the details, the reliability, and the feeling people get when their yard looks cared for. That’s the foundation I’ve built my work on, and it’s the part of the industry I continue to focus on today.
After working in the field for so many years, I wanted to build something that reflected my own standards: clear communication, honest work, and a level of care people can see every time they step outside. That’s what led to creating Raptors Edge.
My role centers on the maintenance and gardening side of the company — the ongoing care that keeps properties looking their best. For the build and construction side, we follow the lead of my partner and co‑founder, Manuel Ortiz, whose experience and craftsmanship guide all of our project work.
We’re a small team right now, but we’re building something we believe in — steady, quality work where each of us focuses on what we do best.
Manuel Ortiz (Founder / Build & Project Lead)
I’ve been in landscaping for over a decade, working throughout Northern Arizona and gaining experience across many different companies and project styles. Over the years, I’ve focused on the construction and build side of the industry — installs, enhancements, outdoor projects, and the kind of work that requires patience, precision, and long‑term durability.
What matters most to me is doing things the right way. I’m patient with the process, careful with the details, and committed to building projects that last. If something can be improved, I speak up. If something needs extra attention, I stay with it until it’s done correctly. My goal has always been to create work that holds up over time, not work that needs call‑backs.
At Raptors Edge, I lead the construction and project side of the company. Whether it’s an install or a full outdoor build, I bring a strong work ethic, a problem‑solving mindset, and a focus on quality from start to finish. I’ve learned a lot from the different teams I’ve worked with over the years, and I carry those lessons into every project we take on.
