•     Seasonal and recurring yard care
Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing
•     All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time.
•     Final pricing may change if additional work is requested or if conditions differ from what was originally discussed.
•     Any price changes will be communicated clearly before work continues.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
•     Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
•     If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
•     Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun may incur charges.

4. Payments
•     Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
•     Larger projects may require a deposit to secure materials and scheduling.
•     Deposits become non‑refundable once materials are purchased.

5. Refunds & Corrections
Our goal is always to make things right.
Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. In most cases, we will:
•     Return to correct the issue
•     Provide adjustments at no additional cost
•     Offer a partial refund if the issue cannot be corrected
Refunds are not provided for:
•     Work completed as agreed
•     Issues caused by factors outside our control (weather, irrigation problems, plant health unrelated to our work, etc.)

6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients agree to:
•     Provide accurate information about the property
•     Ensure safe access to the work area
•     Notify us of hazards, pets, or special conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed issues.

7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
•     Misuse or attempt to disrupt the site
•     Copy or reuse content without permission
•     Submit false or misleading information
