Dewey‑Humboldt Backyard Upgrade — Phase 1: Paver Patio

This project transformed an uneven backyard space into a clean, functional outdoor area centered around the homeowner’s vision for a dedicated grilling zone. We began by reshaping and leveling the ground, installing a proper foundation, and building a paver patio in a clean running‑bond pattern selected by the homeowner.

The design blends pavers and gravel for a low‑maintenance, long‑lasting layout, with smooth transitions and clean edges throughout. The patio ties seamlessly into the existing hot tub area, giving the space a more intentional and finished look while creating room for cooking, seating, and future outdoor upgrades.
