Phase 2: Artificial Lawn Installation

Phase 2 of this backyard upgrade focused on creating a clean, low‑maintenance lawn area that tied into the new patio from Phase 1. We began by removing the existing surface, reshaping and leveling the ground, and installing proper base material for long‑term stability. Landscape fabric and drainage considerations were added to keep the area clean and functional over time.
Once the base was compacted and prepped, we installed high‑quality artificial turf, cutting and shaping it to fit the layout of the yard and the existing paver borders. The new lawn blends seamlessly with the patio, walkways, and decorative features, giving the homeowner a green, usable space year‑round without the upkeep of natural grass.
The finished result completes the two‑phase transformation — a durable patio for grilling and gathering, paired with a clean, low‑maintenance lawn that brings the whole backyard together.
